Pros +
- Nothing. Nothing look like the photos
- My booking was cancelled when i arrived. Reason because the hotel sold my room to others customers. I have to search for others hotel for my family last minute and everything upsidedown.Terrible!
- The place is clean and quiet.
Cons -
- Everything ...the room wasn't cleaned, bed wasn't made, sheets weren't changed, pillow covers were dirty, hair on the bed, trash was in the trash bin. After I complained, they gave me a "cleaned room". And it looked cleaner as the bed was already made, but after I checked there were a lot of hair of the floor, some trash left uncleaned, a used condom in a trash bin, used soap in the toilet, used tissues under the bed.... I'm 175cm, and my feet were hanging in the air. They just don't give a shit about anything. The price was lower than other places, but I regret I stayed. I only stayed here as it was already past 9pm, and I haven't eaten dinner yet.
- No complimentary water bottle.
- I booked based on customer reviews..8.2 or better on most aspects. What I saw when I arrived was the opposite of what I read, starting with 2 small children manning the check-in counter. They had to run off looking for the parents

The stay was worth the price. If you are looking for a place only for sleep and rest, then you can proceed to book this hotel. The room got basic furniture like bed, TV and table. The toilet got heater and soap. But bring your own toothbrush. The location is just nice with the attractions. Overall I'm satisfied with the price.
There is no elevator available so I have to use the stairs to level 2?No kettle or drinking water provided, so please bring your own drinking water.

Google maps brought me to an unknown place. The correct location was set to close and this caused Google maps wouldn't bring you there. I call the number provided in the booking.com but the number is not in service. This is a nightmare. Fortunately the location in the booking.com is the valid location of the hotel. No lift in the hotel. Lucky that my room is on the 1st floor. You need to pay RM50 deposit during check-in which will be a refund when check out. You can pay with an online transfer.
